Role Overview

As Key Account Manager – LaBounty, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth across the UK and Ireland for one of our key product lines. Your focus will be on building strong customer relationships, developing account plans, identifying new opportunities, and executing a clear sales strategy.

This national role involves regular travel, customer site visits, and overnight stays. You’ll be responsible for shaping your own success—strategically managing your pipeline while supporting clients operationally and commercially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the LaBounty product portfolio across the UK & Ireland
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, while nurturing existing relationships
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers at all levels—from machine operators to boardroom decision-makers
  • Create detailed account development plans and keep CRM data up to date
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) to ensure seamless customer support
  • Represent BPH at trade events and liaise with key stakeholders in demolition and decommissioning sectors
  • Forecast sales and contribute to monthly sales meetings and strategic planning
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and influencers

  • Proven B2B sales experience (industry knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable navigating technical environments
