When you order, we need to know your name, company name and delivery address, contact email address, telephone number and invoice billing details. This allows us to process and fulfill your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.

We therefore use this information to update you with information about new products/services, promotions, offers and company news, unless you indicate otherwise by updating your preferences when you receive a communication, or by contacting us at marketing@bph-uk.com. Unless preferences have been indicated otherwise, these updates will be sent via email, no more frequently than twice each month.

Any other non-customer personal data that we hold in our systems is under the consent of the individual, via a sign-up form on our website or similar. BPH gives the individual the right to update their preferences by mailing marketing@bph-uk.com.

Log Files

Like many other web sites, www.bph-uk.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
